The Allen Park Public Library provides free services to all Allen Park residents and members of The Library Network.
The library's collection includes books, magazines, CDs and DVDs.
In total, over 100,000 items were checked out of the Allen Park Public Library last year! In addition to these items, hundreds of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet, enjoy our Quiet Reading Room, or attend one of the Library’s many events.
Our friendly and professional staff has over 60 years of combined library experience and is eager to help you to find the information you need.
Our Mission is: To provide and support quality library services that meet the informational, educational and recreational needs of the diverse citizens of Allen Park.
The Library has an appointed Commission that meets the first Wednesday of the month (September through June) at 5:00pm in the Library's meeting room.
The Allen Park Public Library offers a variety of volunteer activities throughout the year. Please contact Rose Kentala for more information.
