Songs such as Rodgers and Hart’s “Where or When,” George and Ira Gershwin’s “Someone to Watch Over Me,” and Meredith Willson’s “Till There Was You,” all have been recorded several hundred times by a variety of artists after the release of the original version. In this presentation, we will be able to contrast a prominent cover of a song from the Great American Songbook. Richard Knox presents. This is a Zoom presentation that will be shown in the library or can be viewed from home.
