Spotlight Series 2025: The Unknown Legend of the Cincinnati Strangler

J.T. Townsend returns to the library to close out this year’s Spotlight Series with an eerie presentation on the Cincinnati Strangler. Townsend will take attendees back in time to the 1960s when Cincinnati faced a force of evil that tormented women in the area.
